Diverse Pathways in Applied Linguistics

On September 28th 2019, AAAL GSC held our first webinar: Diverse Pathways in Applied Linguistics: Preparing for the Job Market webinar. Andrea Lypka from the University of South Florida was the moderator of the webinar. 

 

Four scholars in the applied linguistics field joined the webinar as panelists: Dr. Daniel Ginsberg (American University), Dr. Laura Hamman-Ortiz (University of Colorado-Boulder), Ms. Katlyn Thomas (Elite Educational Institute of Indonesia Landscape) and Dr. Bedrettin Yazan (University of Alabama). The panelists shared their experiences crafting job-related documents and provided tips for preparing documents and interviews for the job market.
